Scrambled was an evening of crafty entertainment and stalls at the Falmouth Art Gallery, bringing together local artists/designers, workshop leaders and live acoustic music. For the event, I was a part of the team Good Egg Events; a group of three who all aimed to create an evening of fun for both the student and local community.

When organising this event, we decided to work with a venue with whom we had not previously worked with, which provided us with a great space with supportive staff to produce the evening that we had envisaged. My role throughout the event planning was contacting artists and the fundraising, further growing my confidence and comfort in contacting various people and suppliers.
The event gained positive feedback, attendees enjoying the addition of the live acoustic music in conjunction with the different artistic elements of the event. From this experience I learnt the importance of simple factors of the event such as signage for on the day in order to achieve the highest possible footfall.
